HE SAID READER:  I met a guy at work and we started dating.  We ended up moving in together and we spent a wonderful 9 months together before he left saying he wasn't ready.  Will still work together and I have to see him.  It drives me crazy.  He acts like he's over it.  He want's to be 'friends' and is upbeat and happy to see me.  He got a dog too.  I have no idea what to do.  

BENDER:  When I read the first line of your mail it knew it wasn't good.  For future reference... don't date someone at work!  In addition, you seem resentful because of the way it ended.  Deal with that first and get past the anger.  After that set up some boundaries at work.  Don't worry about the dog either...it's probably his way of having a relationship and not having to work on his issues.
