Brush Up On History

Today, we’re in full support of the wall.

No, not Trump’s moronic border monstrosity, but rather the southeastern wall of Resource Center’s Nelson-Tebedo Clinic on Cedar Springs Road.

This Saturday, join ArttitudeĀ for a painting day that brings together members of the community to complete the Dallas Red Foundation’s HIV/AIDS Commemorative Mural. Designed and painted by Lee Madrid, the mural commemorates the HIV/AIDS crisis of the 1980s and 90s in a beautiful, thought-provoking way.

So put on some old clothes, grab a paintbrush, and help put the finishing touches on a masterpiece.

You can take as many selfies in front of it as you want when it’s complete.

HIV/AIDS Commemorative Mural Painting Day
Saturday, January 12
10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
4012 Cedar Springs Road, Dallas
