Put Some Gay In Your Day!

One Sexist, Egotistical, Lying, Hypocritical Bigot (And Lots Of Music)

We dare you to find one gay man who grew up in the 1980s who doesn’t know every line from the office revenge comedy 9 to 5

The classic film starring Dolly Parton, Lily Tomlin and Jane Fonda has spawned a Broadway musical, exciting news of a sequel starring the original cast, and countless Halloween costumes for gays around the globe.

If you missed the musical during its brief run in New York, fear not. A local production can be seen right here in North Texas thanks to Theatre Arlington. With music and lyrics by none other than Parton, the fast-paced laugh-fest brings everything you remember from the film and takes it to new levels through song and dance.

And plenty of Skinny & Sweet.

9 to 5 The Musical
