Samantha Stephens made us love witchcraft.
Adulthood made us more fond of, “Which craft?”
Yes, it’s no secret. We’re all about enjoying a great beer (or 20) and this weekend we have the opportunity to sample some new brews near the scenic shores of White Rock Lake. In fact, we plan to walk around the lake to get to White Rock Alehouse & Brewery for their big weekend beer launch because the modern brewpub is located right off one of the trails.
This Saturday, brewmaster Blake Morrison (pictured) will debut his first four beers, including a Blonde Ale, a Coffee Brown Ale, an American Pale Ale, and a New England-style IPA.
Tickets are $30 in advance ($40 at the door) and include a White Rock Alehouse & Brewery logo pint glass, two pints of beer from the four new offerings, plus live music, a photo wagon, and on-demand T-shirt printing ($20 each) courtesy of Denton’s Pint Services.
Come hungry, too, because your ticket includes an all-you-can-eat pig roast with all sorts of sides. Then plan to walk back around the lake to work off all those calories.
Or just stick around for more and call an Uber home later.
